With fall in full swing, here’s a few things happening in October……

Tuesday October 1, 7-8:30pm.
Every first Tuesday of the month (October 1 through March 1).
The 4-H Clover Ensemble is a free enthusiast group offered by Rutgers New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station for children in grades 4 through high school.
Learn acting, play writing, improv, set and costume design from an experienced drama instructor.

Did you know that the Bernards Township Library has free e-books available to download? Do you need help downloading them to your e-reader or other mobile device? Come to this hands on workshop for one-on-one technical assistance from library staff.
Bring your charged device and any login information for the best experience.

Win gift cards and prizes from participating Bridgewater Commons merchants, while helping all babies be born healthy.
Opening ceremonies and registration are at 10 a.m. Registration prior to and also day-of from 10 to 11 a.m.
Registered, paid participants go to participating mall merchants between the hours of 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Door prizes to be drawn at 2 p.m.

Thursday October 17, 12pm and 7pm.
The Theatre at Raritan Valley Community College will kick off its Club28 series with Susan Werner’s Hayseed Project.
Hayseed, Susan Werner’s newest CD, contains 12 songs focusing on such topics as farming, rural America, food safety and the comic potential of herbicides.

The Homecoming 2013 Run for RAH 5K (USATF-sanctioned) and 1-Mile Fun Walk marks the Rutgers University Alumni Association’s 5th annual race event in support of Rutgers Against Hunger!
Proceeds from Run for RAH 2013 will benefit The Middlesex County Food Organization and Outreach Distribution Services (MCFOODS).
